Before You Send

  • Crypto payments are sent directly to our wallet and cannot be reversed. Double-check the address and network before sending.
  • Only send the exact asset shown, on the network shown — sending USDC on the wrong network, or an unsupported token, may result in permanent loss of funds. We are not able to recover misdirected transactions.
  • Contact us to confirm the amount before sending — crypto prices move, and this page does not auto-calculate a live conversion.
  • Payment isn't considered received or confirmed until it's visible and confirmed on-chain, and final job completion may wait on that confirmation for larger amounts.
